CACCELLATION POLICY
Bookings are 50% non refundable at the time of booking and are 100% non refundable 60 days before your arrival date – unless, of course, we can re-book your space, in which case it will only be a 10% re-booking fee. The refund will be in line with the rate we can re-rent it minus 10% of the original reservation total.
SECURITY/ EXCESS CLEANING DEPOSITS
I agree to open a credit card that can be used for damage/security, excess cleaning or telephone. I understand that this will be open for 30 days until the telephone bills arrive. Any charges made will be sent with a receipt and explanation.
